The Saudi real estate market needs alternatives that support the offer instead of the fees on vacant lands.

Dr. Muhammad Bin Yahya Mufarreh, the Chairman of the Real Estate Union in
Islamic States and one of the Saudi investors in the Arab Republic of
Egypt assured that the housing issue is an important cause that addresses the
life of every human being and that it is a problem that worry Saudi citizens in
the kingdom, praising the great changes in the Saudi real estate market on the
regulations level, pointing to the need for legislations and facilities to increase
the offer instead of encouraging the increase of the demand, or the extent of
it. He encouraged the leaders of the new generation of real estate investment
companies who are working and planning in the medium and long term and launching
integrated quality. Dr. Mufarreh - in a dialog with "Al-jazira" discussed
the main projects provided by the Real Estate Union in Islamic States, which
operates in 57 countries, in addition to the challenges facing the real estate
market in the kingdom.
