The Real Estate Union in Islamic States held its first annual meeting under the patronage of Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al Ibrahim and attended by a number of Muslim Countries ambassadors in K.S.A, Real Estate investors and those concerned with the real estate issue where the meeting began with a speech by H.E the Chairman of the Board of Founders of the Real Estate Union in Islamic States, Dr. Mohammed Yahya Mufarreh in which he expressed his thanks and appreciation to his Excellency Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al Ibrahim for his patronage of the first annual meeting of the Union and appreciating the efforts of his Excellency in Real Estate development in Muslim Countries, especially his charity accomplishments in the support and development of Islamic Endowments.
Dr.
Mohammed have also thanked the ambassadors of
Islamic countries and
the audience for accepting the invitation
to participate in
the meeting then concluded with a
presentation about the Real Estate
Union in Islamic States where he emphasized
the vision, mission and objectives of
the Union and how
it provides valuable
services for investors and those interested in
the real estate subject issue.
He mentioned that the Union comes as a result of a need to provide true
opportunities and Real Estate investment
studies under the
umbrella of support and reservation
of investors initiatives in
Islamic countries in light of their increasing development
of urban population
and construction.
A dialogue was opened, thereafter, between the attendees. It was initiated with a big
welcome from participants of the Union who expressed their willingness to adopt the initiatives of the Union as well as
contributing in
the registry among its effective members, especially the need of the real
estate field for many studies.
H.E Ambassador Diaauddin Bamakhrama, Ambassador
of the Republic of Djibouti and Permanent Commissioner in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, explained that the
Republic of Djibouti in terms of its
confidence of the urgent need for such a Union,
which serves the Real Estate field in Islamic Countries,
was quick to
adopt the idea created and host the Union
headquarters in the Republic of Djibouti. He reiterated
the promise to
provide all facilities
to the Union to
exercise its
business in order
to achieve its goals.
The Ambassador of the Republic of Tunisia
followed with a welcome to the Union investment
initiatives appreciating the Union's role in the
adoption of such meetings that targets the urban
development in our Islamic countries.
Following that, there was successive dialogue with a
various debate angles on a number of topics
of real estate investment, especially in support of Islamic Endowments and
arbitration initiatives between Islamic countries.
At the conclusion of the meeting, H.E the Chairman of
the Board of Founders of the Real Estate Union in Islamic States presented a commemorative gift on behalf of the Union
to H.E Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al Ibrahim for his patronage of the first annual
meeting and a similar gift to Ambassador Diaauddin Bamakhrama Ambassador of the
Republic of Djibouti to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for his dedicated efforts
in support of the Real
Estate Union in Islamic States.
