The Real Estate Union in Islamic States have organized the forum of Cooperation Horizons K.S.A 2015 that was held in Radisson Blu hotel, Jeddah in presence of Their Excellencies Ambassadors and Permanent Representatives to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The forum was attended by the following countries who
were represented by Their Excellencies Ambassadors of: Djibouti, Jordan, Iran, Mozambique, Afghanistan,
Albania, Kosovo, Uganda, Senegal, Mali, Sudan, Somalia, Kuwait and Bangladesh.
The ceremony began with a speech by the President of the Board of Founders
of the Real Estate Union in Islamic States
- H.E Dr. Mohammed bin Yahya Mufarreh - who thanked the attendees
for accepting the invitation to participate in the forum of Cooperation Horizons K.S.A 2015. In his speech
to the attendees he emphasized the start of the Union, its vision and mission that
the Union bears aiming for the rise of the urban development in the OIC States,
mentioning what was attained by the Union in concluding a number of
international Agreements with member States as a vivid example of the
usefulness of partnership between Islamic States to invest in member States,
and the necessity to establish cooperation in Real Estate investment for its high
profitability in presence of a fertile environment owned by OIC member States.
H.E Ambassador of the Republic of Djibouti to Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia, had a free speech where he praised the concept of establishing the Real Estate Union in Islamic States and
the acceptance of his country to host the Headquarters, out of its commitment
to support the Real Estate investment in Islamic countries, and that his
country hopes for the support of the Union in his county's real estate projects
as well as improving their method of investment.
The above was followed by a presentation about the Real Estate Union in Islamic States, it contained
an introduction of the Union, its vision, objectives and its statute definition.
It also reviewed the union's website and its contents of interactive tools for
queries and models of Union membership.
Following that, the Ambassador of Somalia had a free speech in
which he said that the Agreement signed by his country with the Union is one of
the aspects of harvest that must be earned by the member States in presence of such
a modern organization that is interested in developing the Real Estate investments,
emphasizing that his country is proud to sign an Agreement for the development
of its Real Estate investments through the intermediary of the Real Estate Union in Islamic States.
Next, H.E the Somali President Advisor has spoken in the same context.
Then, honoring gifts had been presented to the country hosting the Real Estate Union in Islamic States - Republic
of Djibouti - represented by H.E Ambassador Dya-eddine Bamakhrama as well as to
the country of Somalia represented by H.E Ambassador Abdirazak Siyad Abdi.
At the end of the ceremony photos were taken for Their Excellencies
Ambassadors and Permanent Representatives of Organization of Islamic
Cooperation member States.
