The Union is an international, economic,for development and non-governmental organization

• It represents and accepts membership of Governments, real estate companies and organizations, entrepreneurs and experts specialized in real estate from all Islamic countries to develop their societies and businesses granting them an international dimension; the Union has an independent legal and corporate entity, it has a consultative and executive status offering its services to Governments and private sector in the Islamic countries; it also has the power of concluding contracts, acquiring and using fixed and mobile properties, as well as investing its resources by establishing companies and projects or investing in them to achieve sustainability.
